Q: What type of lighter fits in my slip? 

A: Our slips are designed to fit a standard full size ( also known as regular, classic or maxi size) BIC Lighter. 

Q: How do I clean my slip?

A: Our slips are resilient, just like you! To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth or paper towel.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Anywhere our trusted carriers - FedEx, USPS and DHL - ship.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Our products are made to order and will be shipped within 3-4 weeks once the order is confirmed.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email spillthetea@bawdyslips.com for a shipping update.

Q: Can I make adjustments to my order?

A: Once an order is placed, no adjustments can be made. This includes canceling the order, adding or removing items, or making any edits.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: Oh no! These beauties are made to order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges once your order is placed. If you believe there is a quality issue with your product, please email us at spillthetea@bawdyslips.com. We review each situation on a case-by-case basis, as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
